January will see my very popular intermediate D-SLR photography course start again. This course is a natural follow on to my D-SLR beginners course that I currently run at Highlands college. However it is also suitable for anyone who has a sound knowledge of the basics.
After a recap of the basics the emphasis of the course is very much hands on. We will carry our a portfolio review so that we can taylor the course to your requirements as much as possible.
Here is a list of what we will cover recap of the basics Image review and feedback Using flash - how to get great shots using cheap flash guns Studio product shots - learn how to produce those high quality product shots you see in Gallery magazine Low light landscape session - we will shoot at dusk and get those "misty water shots" (earlier start time) Town light trail shoot More advanced editing in Photoshop and Lightroom Setting up the camera for specific types of shots, such as portraits, action, landscape and studio Learn how to create panoramic and HDR (high dynamic range) images.
These courses are very popular so tend to sell out quickly so please get in touch if your interested in attending.
