Want to learn how to extract the maximum quality and detail from your RAW files in the minimum amount of time, if so this workshop is for you!!
We will use the latest version of Lightroom (V5.3) which has significant advantages and extra tools available when compared to earlier versions of Lightroom. Rather than the boring “this slider does this and that button does that” approach. We will edit RAW files from landscapes, portraits etc using the actual tools and settings that will bring the individual images to life.
Demo images provided on CD so you can practice what you have learned
What we will cover
The advantages of shooting RAW
Importing and backing up images (you do currently back up your images right!)
Creating collections and smart collections (so you can find your images quickly)
Rating images
Finding images using metadata
Processing RAW images using all the tools at our disposal in the develop module to extract the maximum quality and detail from the files
Creating export presets (this will save you loads of time)
This workshop will run over a period of 4 weeks starting Wednesday 22nd January evening in my studio. Don’t worry if you don’t have Lightroom yet as we will install a 30 day trial version for the duration of the workshop.
Spaces limited to 6 clients to ensure lots of 1-2-1 time
